How The Phuket List handles the contact details you leave on this site. In short: only to answer your request, seen by The Phuket List and one agent, no mailing lists.

What we receive
Your name, phone or messenger handle, preferred channel, message and answers to the selection questions.
Technical data on how you arrived: campaign tags (utm), landing page and the page where you sent the request. Stored in the ph_src cookie for up to 60 days.
If you tap an agent’s WhatsApp button on a listing, we record the tap, the listing and the source, without your contact details.
Why
To answer your request: send a shortlist, arrange a viewing, tell you about a home. Basis: your request and the steps towards a deal it asks for.
Source tags are stored with the request so we know which materials bring clients. Site visit statistics, if enabled, use no cookies and no names.
Who receives your contact
The Phuket List: a copy of every request, to make sure you get an answer and to keep records with our partners.
One The Phuket List partner agent who handles the home you chose or works the area you picked. They contact you and handle the purchase or rental.
Technical services the request passes through: Telegram (delivery), a CRM system (if used), an email service (backup delivery), the website host. YouTube videos on listing pages load from Google servers. These servers may be outside Thailand.
We do not sell contact details or share them for advertising.
Agency applications
When an agency fills in the partner form, we receive the agency name, the contact person’s name and role, contact details, website and the offer. Only The Phuket List sees it, to reply about working together. Deleted on request, or after 24 months without cooperation.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. On request we delete it on our side and ask the agent to delete their copy. Records of a completed deal are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, withdraw consent, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
